In the event of a malfunction in your product, you can have the defective product repaired or replaced under warranty by contacting the nearest authorized service center with your invoice and warranty certificate. If a newly purchased product is found to be defective upon opening the packaging, you can request free repair, a discount on the sales price proportional to the defect, exchange, or refund. During the delivery of your order, please open the packaging of the products and check whether the product is delivered to you intact. Once you are sure that there is no damage to the product, sign the delivery note and accept the delivery. If the product is found to be damaged, please do not accept the product, prepare a damage detection report, and report the situation to our Call Center at 444 50 61.
Opening the packaging of the product during delivery does not void the warranty.
